What is a “reduction printing” These prints are carved from a Linoleum block, the same as all of my other Linocut prints? The main difference is that these prints are created in layers. Each new layer removes more of the block, essentially destroying the carving of the layer before until there is only the final layer remaining. They cannot be reproduced later and create a very special limited edition.
